Brisbane-based Spyre Group has unveiled its SOKO West End project’s most exclusive dwellings: Two rooftop ‘river home’ penthouses featuring uninterrupted Brisbane River and CBD views with VIP lift access. Only two prestige penthouses dubbed ‘sky homes’ are available for sale, with both located on the top floor – level eight – of SOKO at 17-21 Duncan Street West End. Both sky homes feature 2.9 metre-high ceilings.

SOKO Development Approved For West End Waterfront

A $77 million residential apartment project has been earmarked for a waterfront site in the heart of Brisbane’s West End after being given development approval by the Brisbane City Council this week. SOKO Waterfront, being developed by the Brisbane-based Spyre Group, will have 120 apartments overlooking the Brisbane River and Toowong.

SPYRE Group has brought forward construction of its waterfront SOKO development at West End after achieving sales of $54 million. Builder Civic has been appointed to construct SOKO and will commence onsite this month. The project, located at 21 Duncan Street, has a construction timeline of 13 months.
