Daniel Laruccia

Managing Director

Daniel is the Founder of Spyre Group and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. With over a decade of experience and unsurpassed industry knowledge, Daniel Laruccia is a full-time property developer, investor, mentor and strategist. Daniel specialises in project procurement, business development and negotiating project funding arrangements. Daniel formed Spyre Group in 2008 and has since created more than 500 Residences across a 10 year career.

A specialist in identifying high yielding properties and development projects that generate lucrative returns on investment, Daniel provides unique opportunities with exciting financial rewards for his investment partners. As a dynamic entrepreneur, Daniel continually improves and grows the business and now continues to develop the company’s portfolio with high GDV residential investments

Andrew Malouf

Director

Andrew holds a bachelor in Urban Regional Planning from the Queensland University of Technology and has worked in the development industry as a senior town planner for six years prior to joining Spyre Group . Having worked on large development projects throughout South East Queensland Andrew is well versed in the Development Industry.

As a Director, Andrew’s role is identifying development potential for sales alongside managing the design and development processes from concept-to-completion. Andrew also has a keen eye for site acquisition, construction and investor relations.

Michael Ryall

Chief Financial Officer

Michael is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in hospitality and property organisations in Australia, UK and the Middle East. Over this time, he has developed an expertise in financial management and reporting, governance, business management, strategic planning and project management. His financial and commercial experience provides a detailed understanding of the property industry, real estate practices and financial reporting within the industry.

Michael is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Financial Executive Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management in the UK. He holds qualifications in Strata Management and Hotel Management, he has a Masters of Professional Accounting and post graduate qualifications in Applied Finance.

Kent Pinel

Design Manager

With over 15 years experience as a Design Leader and Director in Architecture practices across Melbourne and Brisbane, Kent drives each Spyre Group project to meet the expectations of discerning buyers while continuing to place Spyre Group projects as “the new standard” of boutique residential offerings. Kent provides company expertise in assessing development potentials for project planning and feasibility, with efficient design, modelling and intuitive software scheduling and analysis. Kent has also worked with large coordinated design teams and has proven ability to drive projects to budget, delivery and success.

Anna Vangsness

Development Manager

Anna is passionate about the creation of high-end properties. She has completed a Bachelor of Property Economics at Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Business. With over 9 years’ experience in the property industry she has a broad understanding of residential construction and housing demands of South East Queensland.
Anna has experience in managing the full life cycle of residential projects from market research, project feasibility, launch, sales, construction and contract management through to project delivery, settlement and handover of mid to large mixed-use developments.

Ashleigh Scott

Marketing Coordinator

Having played an integral role in the daily management of tasks to both the Directors, Ashleigh has excelled exponentially in different facets of the business leading to a strong interest for Branding/Marketing of the projects . As a result, her movement into marketing coordination became an organic progression which now sees her manage the marketing strategies as it relates to project launches, budgeting, branding direction and advertising.

Ashleigh is integral to ensuring the overall vision and success of each project (as well as the overall brand) has been achieved.
